| 1930 | Grandfather Evangelos Foteinopoulos founds the company in Filiatra, Messinia. He works as a Blacksmith and is active in Metal Trading. |
| 1970 | Father Nikolaos Foteinopoulos turns in parallel to the manufacture of Iron and Aluminium. |
| 1975 | The first branch is inaugurated in Kyparissia, Messinia. |
| 1980 | The systematic trading of Iron and Aluminium begins. |
| 1985 | As the needs increase, a new privately owned building of 800 m² is constructed in Filiatra, Messinia. |
| 1992 | Start of cooperation with Alumil for the representation of the Company in the areas of Trifyllia-Pylia of Messinia. |

1995 |
Assumption of the exclusive representation of Alumil Company for the region of Ilia. Inauguration of the third store of our Company in Pyrgos. |

1996 |
The Company is headed by the grandson Evangelos Foteinopoulos. |
| 1997 |
A plot of land of 2.000 sq.m. is purchased in the area of Anthopyrgos of the Municipality of Pyrgos, where new privately owned Facilities of 1.000 sq.m. are constructed. |

2004 |
An extension of the facilities of about 300 sq.m. is carried out. |

2005 |
A plot of land of 2,000 sq.m. is purchased for the expansion of the facilities. Building facilities of about 1,000 m² are constructed. |

2006 |
Installation and operation of modern mechanical equipment for iron processing (Spindle - Shear - Shearer - Winder - Cylinder - Bandsaw and Zumbopsalid). |
| 2007 | Start of systematic manufacturing of aluminium roller blinds for domestic and professional use. |

Our company is housed in a privately owned space of 3,500 sq.m in the area of Pyrgos Ilia. In us you can find a plethora of products , such as aluminum systems in cold and thermal insulation series as well as a huge variety of irons, railings , roof panels , roof panels , armored doors and hundreds of other products such as accessories , tools or fencing
We have special manufacturing and fabrication facilities and offer our services such as

EVANGELOS N. PHOTINOPOULOS
DIRECTOR GENERAL
Evangelos N. Foteinopoulos was born in Filiatra, Messinia in 1976.
He grew up in Kyparissia, Messinia, acquiring experience in the family business since his childhood.
During his school years he gained administrative experience as a chairman of secondary school departments.
He was a swimming athlete of the Kyparissia Nautical Sports Club (N.O.KY.) with significant distinctions at the championship level.
He is a graduate of the University of Piraeus, School of Finance and Statistics, Department of Finance and Banking Management.
In 1996 he took over the reins of the family business.
He introduced innovative practices, made a significant expansion of the Company's facilities and started a series of partnerships with major companies in the Iron and Aluminium trading and processing sector, while expanding the Company's activities in the drywall and paint sectors.
In the year 2006 the name of the Company is transferred to his name and renamed to "Foteinopoulos Evangelos & Co.
In the year 2010 he is active in the primary production sector through the acquisition of a percentage of shares in the plant of the company "Olive Oil Company S.A."
In 2011, being the General Manager, he proceeds to the establishment of a subsidiary company "Foteinopoulos Evangelos & Co. based in Pyrgos, Ilia, with a focus on Real Estate Services.
He has attended numerous training seminars in the field of marketing, corporate management, labor law and sales techniques and business strategy for many years.
He actively participates in Conferences and Speeches related to his field of work.
